Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Appointment options 10-4 ***

Wednesday: Provider out of office ***  

Monday-Friday: Work cell is on from 9:30-5:00 PM and calls are triaged by the nursing assistant.  

***The provider understands the complexities of shift work and life circumstances and has met clients for acute issues at the office before /after hours, on holidays/weekends/out of office days 

Walk-Ins: Unavailable. Due to home visits, the provider may not physically be in office.
