Weight loss, hypertension, lipid disorders, sleep disorders, medication management, and more. Referrals for injuries or specialty needs. Evaluations for acute issues such as upper respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal illnesses, urinary, and basic wound management.
Diabetes Management
Diagnosed as a Type 1/autoimmune diabetic myself, I understand the daily struggles and frustrations of diabetes management. I can offer many diabetic services as a primary care provider. If you already have a primary care provider, I can offer diabetic consultation, assistance with device management, or other educational services. Diabetic management has changed significantly, let's work together toward a healthier you.

Obstetric services, emergency services, hospital admissions, in-patient/hospital management, or chronic pain medications.

- Tuesday, 12PM to 5PM
- Thursday, by appointment only (I work with Veterans on Thurs. and not in office)
